1. General 一般条款

• By placing an order with Top Fish Group Sdn Bhd, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
  当您在 Top Fish Group Sdn Bhd 下订单，即表示您同意以下条款与细则。

2. Product Availability 产品供应

• All seafood products are subject to availability and seasonal changes.
  所有海鲜产品视供应情况及季节变化而定。

• In case a product is out of stock, we may offer a replacement of similar value.
  若产品缺货，我们可能会提供相同价值的替代品。

3. Orders & Payment 订单与付款

• Orders are only confirmed upon full payment.
  订单在全额付款后方可确认。

• We accept online banking, e-wallets, and other available payment methods.
  我们接受网上转账、电子钱包及其他可用的付款方式。

4. Delivery & Self-Pickup 配送与自取

• Delivery is available within our service areas only. Delivery time slots are subject to availability.
  配送仅限于我们服务范围内，时间段视情况而定。

• Self-pickup is available at our warehouse/retail outlet during business hours.
  顾客可在营业时间内到仓库/门市自取。

5. Freshness & Storage 新鲜与保存

• Please store seafood in the freezer immediately after receiving.
  收到海鲜后请立即冷冻保存。

• We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper handling after delivery/pickup.
  若因顾客保存不当导致变质，本公司恕不负责。

6. Refunds & Exchanges 退款与更换

• Strictly no cash refunds once payment is made.
  一旦付款成功，恕不接受现金退款。

• Refunds/exchanges will only be considered in cases of wrong item delivered or product quality issues (with proof).
  退款或更换仅限于送错货品或产品品质问题（需提供证据）。

7. Limitation of Liability 责任范围

• We shall not be liable for any indirect loss, damage, or claims arising from product usage.
  我们不对因产品使用所引起的任何间接损失、损坏或索赔负责。

8. Changes to Terms 条款更改

• Top Fish Group Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  Top Fish Group Sdn Bhd 保留随时修改条款与细则的权利，恕不另行通知。
